RETURNS ARE EASY!

Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.

• Returns must be requested and postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and have original tags attached.

• Store credits never expire.

• Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after receipt.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

• Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within 14 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• Due to limited storage space, Lemon & Ash Apparel cannot hold orders indefinitely.

• Any order not picked up within 14 days may be considered abandoned and will be donated or otherwise disposed of without refund, exchange, or store credit.

• By selecting local pickup, customers agree to these terms.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

• Accessories

• Jewelry

• Bags

• Gift Cards

• Sale Items

• Clearance Items

• Last Ones

• Any item marked Final Sale.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lemonandash@gmail.com so we can make it right.

WASHING & CARE

Lemon & Ash Apparel is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care. Please follow all care instructions provided on the garment tag. Washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lemon & Ash Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-marked delivered packages.

Once an order leaves our boutique, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

To begin a return, email lemonandash@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Lemon & Ash Apparel reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.
