RETURNS ARE EASY!

- Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving.

- If you notice any damages please email us with a pictures.

- Return will be accepted for an online credit or exchange only.

- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days.

- Never worn, or washed and tags must be attached.

- Final sale items are FINAL SALE.

- Final sale on ALL last ones in the shop and on the website.

- Accessories are always FINAL SALE.

- Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days.

- Credits never expire.

- It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping.

- We offer FAST HOUR SHIPPING if your orders over $30.

- Anything under $30 will now incur a shipping fee.

To be eligible for a online credit/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lemon & Ash Apparel is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or marked delivered items. Once the items leave us, it is in the carriers hands which we have no control over. If there is a problem with your tracking information or the delivery of your package, please contact the mail service directly before contacting us. We suggest this because as the listed recipient of the package, the mail courier is often able to provide you with more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. In some situations, an items tracking may not update but items do still arrive. We suggest allowing several days for tracking to show correctly. If a package is marked as “DELIVERED” but you have not yet received your package, please contact the carrier directly to get this issue resolved. They are often able to check records giving detailed information on where your package was delivered. If a package is marked "delivered" and you have not yet received it, the carrier advises to allow up to 24 hours before contacting them.

To start a return, you can contact us at lemonandash@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Washing issues
Lemon & Ash Apparel is not responsible for any wash errors at any time. Please follow the washing instructions on clothing tag. It is the buyers responsibility to follow all labels and wash accordingly. There will be zero refunds on washed clothing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, final sale items or gift cards, last one items, bags, jewelry.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item within the 7 day return window and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
